Homemade Egg Curry with four eggs

The Story Behind This Dish

When I was going to school, my grandmother used to make this Egg Curry for me and pack it in my tiffin.

During tiffin time, I would eat it with white rice. It was a simple meal, but it became a special food memory from my school days.

Today, I make the same kind of Egg Curry myself and enjoy it with my meal. The memory of my grandmother is still connected with this recipe.
