SPICELO STORY
Jhal Muri
A simple 10-minute snack with a personal story from my study days to my computer-work days.
The Story Behind This Dish
When I was studying, my mother used to make Jhal Muri for me. I would keep it beside my books while studying and writing, and eat it little by little.
Today, when I work on my computer, I sometimes make Jhal Muri and keep it beside me while I work. The difference is simple: earlier my mother made it for me, and now I make it myself.
For me, Jhal Muri is more than a quick snack. It is a small food memory that connects my study days with my life today.
